Data Report – Legal Disclaimer

1. Nature of Product

Any “Data Report” generated by Chainblox through the Platform is defined in the Chainblox TOB. It is categorized as a “Loss-Assessment Product” intended solely for high-level, preliminary informational review by the User.

2. No Evidentiary or Forensic Use

In accordance with our Terms of Business (“TOB”), the User is strictly prohibited from using, submitting, or referencing any Data Report in any police report, regulatory filing, lawsuit, court proceeding, or arbitration. No file generated through the Platform constitutes “Forensic Evidence” or an “Expert Report”.

3. Third-Party Data Source

The transaction data and entity labels contained within a Data Report are supplied by third-party vendors. Chainblox does not independently verify, audit, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data. Entity labels are best-effort attributions and are not authoritative.

4. No Investigative Conclusions

A Data Report provides raw data patterns only. It does not contain factual findings, investigative conclusions, legal advice, or determinations of criminality, ownership, or intent.

5. No Duty of Care to Third Parties

Data Reports are produced exclusively for the User. Chainblox owes no duty of care to any third party (including, but not limited to, the User’s banks, legal advisors, or law enforcement) and expressly disclaims all liability for any third-party reliance on this data.

6. Limitation of Liability

 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainblox’s total liability for any errors, omissions, or misclassifications in a Data Report is limited to the amount paid for the product, as set forth in the TOB.

7. Self-Executing Termination

Any use of a Data Report in a prohibited manner automatically and immediately terminates your license to possess or use the file, and the data reverts to Chainblox without notice.

8. Governing Law

 This Disclaimer and the use of any Data Report are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

9. Conflict of Terms

This Disclaimer is intended to supplement the Chainblox Terms of Business (TOB). In the event of any direct conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Disclaimer and the TOB, the provisions of the Terms of Business (TOB) shall prevail.
