Data Intelligence Report – Legal Disclaimer

1. AI-Generated Informational Narrative

Any Data Intelligence generated through the Platform is created through automated machine-learning and artificial-intelligence systems. It is provided exclusively for high-level informational purposes and must not be interpreted as factual findings, forensic determinations, investigative conclusions, legal advice, or expert analysis. The content of any Intelligence Report is automatically produced and may contain errors, omissions, misclassifications, or inconsistencies.

2. No Evidentiary, Investigative, Legal, or Regulatory Use

Any Data Intelligence must not be used, submitted, disclosed, cited, referenced, or relied upon in any police report, investigation, regulatory filing, lawsuit, court proceeding, arbitration, enforcement action, or any other formal process. An Intelligence Report cannot be used in any manner that may expose Chainblox to subpoenas, discovery requests, investigatory obligations, or expert-witness involvement.

3. No Responsibility for Accuracy or Completeness

Any Intelligence Report is based on data extracted from a corresponding Data Report, which itself contains information supplied directly by third-party vendors and is not independently verified by Chainblox. Chainblox expressly disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, integrity, reliability, or timeliness of any data, entity label, attribution, or analytical conclusion appearing in an Intelligence Report.

4. Non-Reliance and No Assumption of Duty

The recipient acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Any Intelligence Report is non-authoritative; (b) It may conflict with or misinterpret the underlying Data Report; (c) It must not be relied upon for any decision, action, or strategy relating to law enforcement, asset recovery, litigation, regulatory engagement, or dispute resolution. Chainblox owes no duty of care to any recipient or third party and assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from the use or interpretation of an Intelligence Report.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainblox disclaims all liability for: (a) any errors or omissions in the AI-generated content; (b) any reliance placed on an Intelligence Report; (c) any losses, damages, costs, or claims arising from its use; (d) any downstream decisions or actions taken by the recipient or their advisors.

6. Entity Attribution Warning

An Intelligence Report may reference entity labels (e.g., exchanges, services, mixers, OTC desks). These labels are best-effort vendor intelligence and do not constitute reliable identification of any wallet owner, exchange operator, or service provider. Chainblox does not assert ownership, control, or association of any entity named in an Intelligence Report.

7. License and Permitted Use

Any Intelligence Report is provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for informational review only. It may not be reproduced, distributed, copied, filed, or used in any legal, regulatory, investigative, evidentiary, or commercial context.

8. AI Limitations, Hallucinations, and Error Disclaimer

The recipient acknowledges that all content in any Data Intelligence is generated by automated artificial-intelligence systems that may, despite safeguards, produce text containing inaccuracies, hallucinations, misinterpretations, formatting mistakes, omissions, data-handling errors, or logically inconsistent statements. Such issues may arise from limitations of machine-learning models, misreading or misprocessing of the underlying Data Report, inaccuracies in vendor-supplied data, prompt ambiguity, or any other source of error. Chainblox does not review, verify, or validate the Data Report or the AI-generated output and makes no representation or warranty that an Intelligence Report is correct, internally consistent, complete, or aligned with any intended analytical methodology. The recipient further acknowledges that the AI may, inadvertently or otherwise, deviate from instructions, apply incorrect assumptions, generate unsupported inferences, misinterpret entity labels, mis-score data, overlook Stop-Entities, or produce narrative text that does not accurately reflect the underlying dataset. All such errors, whether arising from algorithmic limitation, system behaviour, prompt interpretation, or any internal model mechanics, are expressly disclaimed. No reliance of any kind may be placed on the accuracy or integrity of any AI-generated content appearing in an Intelligence Report. Chainblox shall have no liability for any errors, hallucinations, omissions, misclassifications, miscalculations, deviations from instruction, or any other AI-generated inaccuracies contained in an Intelligence Report, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. The recipient accepts that the AI output is inherently unreliable and must not be used for any consequential purpose.

9. Right of Retraction; Invalidity Upon Notice

Chainblox reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, to withdraw, revoke, amend, suspend, or declare void any Data Intelligence, output, interpretation, attribution, or any other information provided to the recipient at any time (“Retraction”). Upon such Retraction, the recipient agrees: (a) Not to rely, and to immediately cease all use of the withdrawn material for any purpose; (b) To treat the withdrawn material as null, invalid, and without legal effect; (c) To delete, destroy, and permanently remove all copies (digital or physical) of the retracted material in their possession, custody, or control; (d) Not to distribute, disclose, submit, or reference the withdrawn material to any third party; (e) Not to use or permit use of the withdrawn material in any legal, regulatory, investigatory, enforcement, or evidentiary context. 10. Governing Law

This Disclaimer and the use of any Data Intelligence are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

11. Conflict of Terms 

In the event of any inconsistency between this disclaimer and the Chainblox Terms of Business, the Terms of Business shall prevail.
